非常滿意的入住體驗！酒店位置極佳，佛羅倫薩所有主要景點幾乎都可步行到達。工作人員友善且高效，主動幫忙拿行李並提供了實用的地圖指南。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，確保了良好的睡眠。早餐品種豐富，尤其推薦他們的現煮咖啡。雖然價格略高，但考慮到其核心位置和優質服務，性價比依然很高。下次來佛羅倫薩，一定會再次選擇這裏。

酒店有點偏遠，是比較小的豪華酒店，離市中心有點遠但好在酒店可以幫忙打車，所以相對於市中心的酒店還是更有性價比的。

Columbus Urban is a beautiful property far from the Center but close enough to walk. Beautifully crafted. Nice and Luxurious! I will recommend this Hotel to my friends!

Property is beautiful. Front desk staff couldn’t do enough to help in any way but unfortunately the same can’t be said about the breakfast staff. Completely ignore you. Don’t offer tea or coffee. Options at breakfast are extremely minimal for a 5 star property. Bread and cakes were not fresh at all.
